Best Screen Protector for Tesla Model Y Juniper (15.4" Display)
Spigen EZ Fit is the best overall Juniper screen protector for installation ease and daily usability. Verify your trim's screen size first, because 15.4-inch and 16-inch fitments are not interchangeable.
The Juniper upgraded to a 15.4-inch touchscreen โ which means your old Model Y screen protector won't fit. Here are the 4 best options for the new display.

โ ๏ธ Compatibility Warning
The Juniper's screen is 15.4 inches, up from 15 inches on the previous Model Y. Screen protectors for the 2020-2024 Model Y will NOT fit. Only buy protectors that explicitly state "Juniper," "2025," or "2026" compatibility.
๐จ 2026 Model Y Premium & Performance: Your front screen is 16", not 15.4". Most protectors below fit the 15.4" Standard screen. See our Wigoo 16" pick below for Premium/Performance.
๐ How to Check Your Model Y Version
Not sure if you have the 15.4" or 16" screen? Here's how to tell:
- Check VIN (10th character): S = 2025, T or later = 2026
- Tesla App: Open the app and check your vehicle info for the model year
- On the car: Controls โ Software shows your vehicle name
- Rear screen: If you have a rear passenger screen, you have Premium or Performance (16" front screen)
- No rear screen: You have Standard (15.4" front screen)
Why this matters: The 2026 Premium and Performance trims have a larger 16" front screen. A 15.4" screen protector will NOT fit - it'll be too small and leave gaps around the edges. Make sure you buy the right size for your trim.
โก Quick Verdict
- Best Overall: Spigen EZ Fit โ foolproof installation, great protection, fair price
- Best Premium: BASENOR Tempered Glass โ front + rear kit, alignment frame included
- Best Budget: TPARTS Tempered Glass โ solid protection at the lowest price
- Best Anti-Glare: Tesery Matte โ if you drive in sunny conditions, this kills reflections
Matte vs Clear: Which Should You Get?
Clear / HD
- โ Colors look identical to bare screen
- โ Sharpest text and images
- โ Best for garage parkers
- โ Shows fingerprints more
- โ Glare in direct sunlight
Matte / Anti-Glare
- โ Dramatically reduces glare
- โ Hides fingerprints
- โ Paper-like feel
- โ Slightly reduces clarity
- โ Colors look marginally muted
Our recommendation: Go matte if you park outdoors or drive in sunny areas. Go clear if you mostly use a garage and want maximum visual quality.
The 4 Best Options

Spigen EZ Fit Tempered Glass
Spigen's auto-alignment tray is the killer feature. You place the tray on the screen, peel the backing, press down, and remove the tray โ perfect placement every time with zero bubbles. 9H hardness, oleophobic coating, and full touch sensitivity. Available in both clear and matte finishes.
The matte version is genuinely excellent at killing glare. The slight texture also makes the screen feel better to swipe โ less sticky than bare glass.
โ ๏ธ Fits: Model Y Standard (2025-2026), Model Y Premium (2025 only). NOT compatible with 2026 Premium/Performance 16" screen.

BASENOR Tempered Glass
BASENOR's screen protector comes with an alignment frame that makes installation straightforward โ not quite as slick as Spigen's EZ Fit tray, but close. The glass is 9H hardness with oleophobic coating, and it covers the full 15.4" Juniper screen precisely.
Includes both front and rear screen protectors in one kit, which is a nice value add if you have the Juniper's rear passenger screen.

TPARTS Tempered Glass
No-frills 9H tempered glass at a budget price. Installation isn't as easy as Spigen or BASENOR (no alignment tray), but the protection is comparable. If you're careful with installation, you get 90% of the premium experience at 60% of the price.

Tesery Matte Screen Protector
If anti-glare is your top priority, Tesery's matte protector does the best job of any option we've seen. Also includes blue light filtering, which reduces eye strain on long drives. 9H tempered glass with anti-fingerprint coating.
Don't Forget the Rear Screen
The Juniper added a new 8-inch rear passenger screen for climate and entertainment controls. If you have kids or regular backseat passengers, protect this too. Spigen makes a matching EZ Fit for the rear screen that uses the same easy alignment system.

Wigoo 16" Matte Screen Protector
If you have a 2026 Model Y Premium or Performance, this is your pick. Wigoo makes this specifically for the larger 16-inch screen on the 2026 Premium and Performance trims. Matte finish with anti-glare and anti-fingerprint coating. Comes with an alignment kit for easy, bubble-free installation.
Most other screen protectors on the market are sized for the 15.4" Standard screen and will NOT fit your 16" Premium screen. This is one of the few options that gets the sizing right.
FAQ
Will a screen protector affect touch sensitivity?
No. All four options maintain full touch responsiveness. You won't notice any difference in daily use.
Can I remove it and reapply?
Tempered glass protectors are one-time use. If you mess up installation, you'll need a new one. This is why the Spigen and BASENOR alignment frames are worth the extra cost.
Does the protector interfere with the camera (if applicable)?
Juniper-specific protectors have precise cutouts for the cabin camera. No interference.
